Police On Hunt For Vehicle Involved In Newtown Hit-Run

Police are looking for an SUV that sideswiped another vehicle in the area.

The incident took place around 6:40 a.m., Wednesday, Dec. 4 in Newtown when the dark-colored SUV, possibly a Honda CR-V sideswiped another vehicle while traveling on Nunnawauk Road, said Newtown Police Lt. Aaron Bahamonde.

The vehicle will have damage to the driver side with possible white paint transfer, Bahamonde said.
